Today everyone is independent and living in a democracy.All people work very hard in order to earn their basic necessities of food, clothing and shelter.But many people are very poor and they don't have jobs.These people are illiterate, but still they work very hard to earn a single penny.

Collecting unemployment is a process which has been introduced by the government.In this process the government gives you the money if you are unemployed.It is only for the unemployed persons.The money which has been given to you is for a specific period of time only till you get the job.

Once you get the good job, all the money given by the government will be automatically deducted from your salary.Then after repayment of all the money you will get your full salary.This is the method adopted by the government for the unemployed people.

Also you can be discarded from the unemployment scheme if you did not follow the the listed things:

1. If you misbehave with the senior executives then you can be fired.
2. If you are engaged in any type of illegal things then you may be suspended.
3. If you create any type of nuisance or violence than you may be discarded form your job.

So these are some merits and demerits of collecting unemployment.
